MoU Signed Between Hendrix Genetics and New Hope Group
FRANCE - Hendrix Genetics and New Hope Group signed a memorandum of understanding in Paris at the Sofiprotéol's Global Headquarters (the strategic minority shareholder of Hendrix Genetics) in order to strengthen their strategic partnership in animal breeding and distribution.

Parties have operated successful joint-ventures in hog breeding in China, and have established regular information and technology exchanges in general animal breeding and animal husbandry.
In view of further modernization and technology advancement of Chinese agriculture, parties have agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding to strengthen this partnership, to enlarge and extend breeding cooperation, to further develop on animal breeding and distribution, to solidify technology cooperation, and to jointly contribute to the technology advancement of global animal husbandry.
