New UN Food Safety Standards to Benefit Consumers
GLOBAL - Codex Alimentarius is to adopt new limits on fruit, vegetables and fish, salt and fat labelling, hygiene and carcinogenic contaminants. The Commission has also adopted guidance to countries on how to control animal feed and assess the risk of contamination.
