Ceva Appoints New Strategy and Business Development Director
FRANCE - Jérôme-André Gauthier has joined the Executive Committee team at Ceva Santé Animale as the latest member and has been appointed as the new Strategy and Business Development Director, with effect from 1 January 2014.
Mr Gauthier joined Ceva in 2009 as Managing Director of Inouko Generics before taking over the position of Director of Acquisitions and Partnerships for Ceva Santé Animale in 2010.
Prior to joining the group, Mr Gauthier worked for the World Bank,Washington as a specialist in Rural Development and the Environment between 1998 and 2001, before joining the Ministry of Agriculture in Paris.
Mr Gauthier is 49 years old, a veterinarian (Toulouse) and also holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Montpellier.
Jérôme-André Gauthier will replace Bernard Emery, who has held the position of Strategy and Business Development Director for the past 15 years and who will be retiring at the end of the year 2014 after 32 years of collaboration with Ceva.
In order to ensure this transition, Mr Emery will be taking on new responsibilities and working in close collaboration with Marc Prikazsky, Ceva’s Chief Executive Officer.
