Natalia Zarubina

Natalia Zarubina, who is based in Belgorod, Russia, will be joining the team as Business Coordinator. The appointment follows Natalia’s role as a translator for Checkfarm Director Simon Grey, during his time as Consultant Production Director at AgroBelogoria, in South-west Russia, in 2010.

Following this position, Natalia went on to be PA to the general manager, which enabled her to travel extensively and gather experience from other parts of the agricultural world whilst meeting with key industry leaders. Through both her roles at AgroBelogoria, Natalia has gained a broad knowledge of large-scale pig production operations and genetic management, which she will be putting into practice with Checkfarm.

Simon Grey said: "Natalia is a welcome addition to the team. Her bilingual skills make her a valuable member of staff, as communication is a key factor in our industry. Her appointment will enable us to improve the delivery of our service in Russia."

Commenting on her new role, Ms Zarubina said: "I am delighted to be joining the team at Checkfarm. Having worked with Simon in the past, I know how important it is to establish effective communication between this UK based business and its Russian clients. I’m hoping to utilise my experience and language skills to help build on this."

Checkfarm is a mixed agricultural consultancy business that operates globally. The company’s primary focus is maximising sales and minimising the cost of production for its clients, with services ranging from daily consultancy visits to the full-time management of farming businesses.

The business offers producers and farmers the chance to improve output and sales through production management, farm design, genetic management, nutrition, health, financial management, human resources and sound environmental practices.
