New Scheme for Aujeszky's Disease Surveillance in UK
UK - The agriculture department has announced a new scheme for the surveillance of Aujeszky’s Disease on British pig farms will begin when the current one closes at the end of this year.The current state aid scheme (N699/1992) administered by Defra closes on 31 December 2014 but Defra says that surveillance for Aujeszky’s Disease is an ongoing requirement so a new scheme will commence on 1 January 2015 and close on 31 December 2020.
The scheme applies to all small and medium-sized enterprises within Great Britain.
