World Pork Expo: CEVA Growing US Business

ANALYSIS - Matt Kocher, US director of marketing for CEVA Animal Health, shares details about CEVA's growth and portfolio development.

"There's been two big areas that we continue to grow and develop within our business. One is in terms of level of expertise and people that we're bringing into our business," Kocher said. "Secondly, and importantly, is our portfolio that we continue to launch into the swine industry."

People are critical to any organization, and CEVA is proud of the level of expertise that has been added to their team - from R&D and the team building an innovative portfolio to the sales and marketing teams, who are focused on working with customers to overcome challenges and implement effective solutions.

"We're excited to continue to grow and develop our portfolio, including a recently launched iron product," he said. "It's safe and efficacious, and there's a great fit within the industry."

Another focus for CEVA is custom vaccines. Working hand-in-hand with veterinarians to overcome challenges, Kocher sees a tremendous opportunity and need for custom vaccines that are specifically built for individual systems.

What does the future look like for CEVA in the US? Kocher said their R&D and development teams are working on new products and solutions.

"As we continue to establish our brand, our presence and our level of expertise, we're excited about the opportunity to work with producers and engage to help them," he said. "Next year, you're going to continue to see CEVA have a solid presence within our industry."
