FIGAN changes event date to September 21 to 24
The 15th edition of the International Fair for animal production delays its celebration to facilitate the visit of professionals
This decision was born with the aim of offering all the guarantees and facilitating as much as possible the visit of professionals from the livestock sector to its reference show in southern Europe.
In this sense, it should be remembered that the health authorities have authorized and supported the celebration of FIGAN, which is a positive aspect for the event. To this must be added that, at the time the show is held and with the average age of the accredited visitors, they will already be vaccinated, so they will have the health certificate to be able to visit the event with all the required sanitary measures . In this way, traceability of visitors is guaranteed while providing greater security to the celebration, which will undoubtedly result in greater anticipation and control of the event and its visitors.
FIGAN works to generate elements that attract and stimulate the livestock sector, providing visibility and business to this market that has demonstrated its great capacity for so long. Likewise, FIGAN has the necessary mechanisms that guarantee the health and safety of all participants in the show, such as a mask, interpersonal distance, control of capacity and temperature, and intensification of disinfection and hygiene. Added to this is the constant renewal of the air in the fair halls and the widening of the corridors, a measure that contributes to improving and ordering the flows and routes, for which there are different entry and exit passage zones established. It is, therefore, to establish elements that make up a safe space that complies with all the required measures.
In addition, the FIGAN management and team expressly thank the constant support of companies, associations, institutions and other agents of the sector that have confirmed their participation, as can be deduced from the excellent and important content of the exhibition with the participation of more than 800 brands, the thirty confirmed technical days, the forty products awarded in the Technical Novelties Contest and the significant presence of live animals that, once again, will be present at the exhibition. All these figures support the call for FIGAN 2021.
From Feria de Zaragoza it is fully confident that FIGAN will be, from September 21 to 24, the backbone of a new stage of meetings by the sector, as well as a professional space that will again contribute to adding synergies and generating business, as it has been in its fifteen editions. Without a doubt, FIGAN and the entire sector together will help to build the future of the livestock sector.
