The Socorex® animal health syringe ultra 1810 was the first line to deliver highly accurate and reproducible micro doses down to 0.02 mL. The volume ranges are now extended and stretch up to 0.5, 1 and 2 mL, enabling the use of this syringe line for pig injections.

In addition, a new vial holder for this syringe line is about to be launched. The accessory is simple to assemble without any specific tool. Positioned close to the syringe handle for an optimal weight balance, the vial holder is fitting up to 250 mL bottles with 20 mm neck diameter.

Made of a very robust resin material, the instrument is lightweight and both syringe and vial holder are fully autoclavable at 121°C / 250°F fully assembled. Thick, interchangeable glass barrel, stainless steel plunger, soft activation and long-term high reliability are among the most appreciated features. Made of few main parts, easy to disassemble and reassemble, the syringe offers fast access to all elements for quick and efficient cleaning and maintenance. Two valve cartridges guarantee proper functioning of the syringe. They are easily accessible and can be changed in no time if needed.

Unlike other plastic models, the Socorex® ultra 1810 syringe lasts very long. Replacement parts enable repair and maintenance. A more sustainable way of working, as just throwing away and purchasing new syringes. This also brings substantial savings over the time. An eco-friendly packaging in the form of a soft pocket reduces volume, weight, and waste. The pocket is re-usable to carry or store equipment or vials.

A selection of superior quality needles complements the syringe ultra 1810 line. They are made of highly durable stainless-steel material, with extra sharp bevel to limit skin wound even after repeated injections. Safety needle packaging avoids injuries and contributes to operator’s protection.
