Brazilian pork exports set new records for both volume and revenue in the first half of 2025, according to Cepea, based on data from Secex, which has tracked trade since 1997.

From January to June, Brazil exported 713,400 tonnes of pork—up 17.5% from the same period in 2024. June alone saw 135,500 tonnes shipped, the second-highest monthly total on record, behind only July 2024.

Revenue from international sales reached BRL 9.82 billion for the six-month period, marking a 49% increase over the same stretch last year. June sales brought in BRL 1.88 billion, 14.8% higher than May and up 49.4% from June 2024.
