VIV Select China and Pet Fair Asia join forces in Shanghai

Events to link livestock, animal health and pet sectors

Two major industry exhibitions will run concurrently in Shanghai this August for the first time, creating a cross-sector platform connecting livestock production, animal health and the pet industry, according to a news release from Select China

VIV Select China 2026 will take place August 19-21 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, while the 28th Pet Fair Asia runs August 19-23 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Both are organised by Globus Events.

VIV Select China will host more than 500 exhibitors across 50,000 square metres, covering poultry, waterfowl, swine and other livestock sectors, with solutions spanning animal health, feed and feed additives, farm equipment, biosecurity and production technology.

Pet Fair Asia will occupy 320,000 square metres across 17 main exhibition halls and 10 supply chain halls, with more than 2,600 exhibitors and approximately 530,000 visitors expected.

A complimentary shuttle service will connect the two venues on August 20 and 21.
