US - The big news is the continuing hot, dry weather and the continuing rise in feed prices. Corn and soybean prices reached record levels this week with corn at times above $8 per bushel, soybeans above $17/bu and soybean meal above $550/ton, writes Ron Plain and Scott Brown, University of Missouri.
