Pork producers had a little spring in their step as they walked the Iowa State Fairgrounds last week. More than 20,000 producers and 400 exhibitors celebrated the pork industry’s return to profitability during the 2010 World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa, 9-11 June.
